ABOUT GARY SUTTON

Hey Everybody,
    
    My name is Gary Sutton, and I’ve been Rock’in for over 50 years. The song that made me want to learn how to play a guitar was “Mississippi Queen” by the band “Mountain”. I used to take the stereo speakers out to the back yard of our house in Westminster Colorado, and I would turn the volume up “Full Blast”. Back then, all I wanted was to be able to “Rock Out” like my “Rock Star Heros”. My Mom bought me a cheep red, white and blue guitar at K-mart and my journey began. Little did I know then that being able to “Rock Out” was a “Superpower”. It’s been one of the greatest gifts of my life.

     Over 20 years ago I built the first “Power Chordz” guitar. I made it out of a “Dean Baby Z” and I called it “The Rocket Launcher”. Now I’m teaching thousands of rockers how to play their favorite hard rock guitar riffs and songs because I want everybody to know what it feels like to “Rock Out” like the pros.
